NRM-USA GALA - Uganda: Economic, Trade and Investment Event. May 24, 2008

NRM Washington DC in conjunction with NRM USA national executive is organizing an NRM Gala - Uganda: Economic, Trade, and Investment Event, the first of its kind in the US. The Gala will be held on May 24, 2008 at one of the top notch Marriott Hotels in Bethesda, Maryland
Come and enjoy an unforgettable evening discovering the myriad treasures and opportunities of NRM and Uganda through distinctive cuisine and drink, music, dancing, speeches, conversations, arts, crafts and much, much more.
Among the attendees will be US investors who wish to venture into various businesses in Uganda. Some will have the opportunity to present their products and services to the audience. The scheduled Keynote speakers are Ike Leggett, County Executive for Montgomery County, Maryland and Prof. Maggie Kigozi, Executive Director of Uganda Investment Authority who will be highlighting business opportunities in Uganda.
The Gala is intended to bring friends, sympathizers, supporters, and all those who are interested in knowing about NRM goals and objectives. During the Afternoon the program will include discussion on issues of concern to Ugandans living abroad. The objective is to shed light on the proposed Land Bill being debated in many Ugandan circles both in Uganda and in the Diaspora. In the evening, there will be the Black tie Gala event with live performances by Ugandan musician Juliana Kanyomozi and a dance performance by a Ugandan group.
